It was only natural I would begin my career in the restaurant business, having grown up working in the biz. After serving in the Armed Forces in Germany, I returned to the business with Bennigan’s Tavern, a division of S&A Restaurant Group, owned and operated by Pillsbury. I spent five years with Bennigan’s as a part of their management program and the training department. I opened over twenty new locations and renovations as a trainer or training coordinator across the country. I left Bennigan’s to help form a full service division for Erin Food Group, a Burger King franchise holding group in New Hampshire. I began as research and development and moved to training as the chain opened new units. As a new group, we created four new concepts, one becoming a chain.

After a full career with restaurants, I took my management experience and my favorite hobby, photography, and joined Ritz Camera and One Hour Photo. I spent five years with Ritz, opening two new locations and managing three stores. In 1986 I created Knightlife Pictures, a photo services company specializing in darkroom and special effects, and my own brand for personal work. Through good connections and strategic networking, I began getting involved with local television. A move to Washington, D.C. created a shift to television working on cable variety shows and political talk shows.
Soon I was working in Atlanta with Editworks, a postproduction house. This was a big shift for me having been on the production side of the business. In sixteen months I had gone from being a still photographer to working with the major networks and national advertising agencies. I spent some time with Video Tape Associates before settling in with Crawford Communications where I spent ten years working with international clients and over thirty broadcast and cable networks. Knightlife Pictures continued to be involved with independent projects and building a portfolio in stills and video.

I incorporated under the name Infinite Public Relations, Inc. The company specializes in coordinating media projects for small businesses, the independent contractor, and personalities. I have a B.S. in Communications and Public Relations from Kennesaw State University. I concentrated on media studies and new media (the web) with marketing as my non-major related studies. My electives were language and word studies. This has become a favorite interest and valuable asset in targeting audiences for businesses, developing their web sites and designing print media.
